Frugal Family: Deals for Your Last-Minute Christmas Shopping
We've got the sales you want and the deals you need this week in Birmingham.
This week, Frugal Family scoured local sources to come up with great deals and found bargains on everything from Boston lobsters to coffee from Biggby. Remember to check with the merchants for additional conditions:
Deal: Take an additional 50 percent off sale items in the stores and online. Place your oder by 10 a.m. Thursday, and you'll not only have your gifts by Friday, but if you spend $100 or more, shipping is free.

Deal: Until Jan. 6, pick up a live lobster direct from Boston for only $5.99 a pound.
Good through: Jan. 6
Deal: Get $1 off any grande or super specialty beverage, iced, hot or frozen.
Good through: End of the day Wednesday
Deal: It may not be a deal, but Caruso Caruso is helping you with your holiday shopping by staying open a little longer this week. The store will be open from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. through Friday and from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Christmas Eve.
Good through: Saturday
Deal: Still need to buy the Christmas ham? Smithfield shank portion hams cost only $1.17 a pound this week with your Kroger Plus Card.
Good through: End of the week.
