Big Rock Chophouse Hosts Exclusive Montes Wine Tasting at The Reserve

Big Rock Chophouse is pleased to announce that we will be featuring the wines of famous winemaker, Aurelio Montes from Montes Premium Wines at our strolling wine tasting on Thursday, August 11, 2011 at The Reserve from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Guests will learn more about Chilean-Argentinean wines during a special presentation by Ginevra Altomara, U.S. Brand Ambassador for Montes. She will also discuss the history and iconic status of Montes Wines and give everyone an exclusive tasting of the famous Montes Alpha M wine at 7 p.m.

Signature dishes prepared by Big Rock Chophouse's Executive Chef, Brian Henson, will be paired with the wines. Guests will receive special case discounts for any Montes wines purchased at the event.
