Shift Your Habit: Easy Changes to Save Your Money, Time, Planet by Elizabeth Rogers

Rogers’ book offers numerous suggestions that the average family can follow to save money during the course of their day-to-day lives. Examples include driving five miles per hour slower (to save gas), using a low flow shower head and shutting off your computer at night.
