Project DayDream is pleased to announce auditions for our summer musical — Willy Wonka The Musical.
Auditions for students ages 8-20 will be held April 13 & 22 at The Congregational Church of Birmingham in Bloomfield Hills. Auditions are by appointment only.
Willy Wonka is a timeless musical favorite which highlights an imaginative journey into the workings of a chocolate factory. The chocolatier, Willy Wonka, is looking for a child to be his heir, and he uses the tour of his enterprise as a screening mechanism for finding a young person who has a pure heart. The show features songs from the classic family film including "Pure Imagination," "The Candy Man," "Cheer Up Charlie," and "Oompa Loompa."

In addition to these well-known iconic roles there are also a large number of small speaking roles for the ensemble.
A large cast of all ages is needed and those with little experience are welcomed and encouraged to audition.
