Second Annual Uptown Film Festival

The Uptown Film Festival, sponsored by Oakland County Film & Digital Media returns to Birmingham at the Palladium12 and Birmingham 8 Theatres, March 8-10th. A wonderful, three-day event celebrating Michigan filmmaking. The festival will screen the nomintaed entries in the Michigan Film Awards as well as show movie premieres of Michigan-made feature films throughout the weekend.

The UFF kicks off Thursday, March 8 at the Birmingham 8 Theatre with the Michigan Filmmamakers Awards and the World Premiere of "Brothers on the Line." The Michigan Premiere of "Dirty Energy" will show on Thursday along with another superb film "Preemie."
