2nd Sunday @ the Center

This month’s 2nd Sunday @ the Center on May 13 will feature wind chimes and ceramics from 1-4 p.m. In Studio 1, celebrate spring and summer by creating a whimsical wind chime using an eclectic mix of materials and objects.  Perfect for gardens, porches, yards and Mother’s Day gifts! ($5 per person for wind chimes.) Bring Mom too.

2nd Sunday’s ceramic participants will use tapes and resists to create designs on small pots. This process will include brushing on glaze and utilizing raku-firing, an outdoor process.  There will be two rounds of firing – at 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. Participants will leave with their creations; $15 per person, space is limited.
