Walk for a Cause: Support the Church World Service

The annual CROP Walk is expected to raise over $35,000.

Our pick for today: Birmingham/Bloomfield CROP Walk

  • When: 2 p.m. Sunday
  • Where: First United Methodist Church of Birmingham
  • Cost: Free (donations encouraged)
  • Why Go: Help raise money for the Church World Service during the event's 30th anniversary in Birmingham. The walk will be three different routes of varying length, including a one and a half-mile walk, three-mile walk and a five-mile tour, all which end at the First Presbyterian Church of Birmingham.
