Cloudy, Overcast Skies in Weekend Forecast for Birmingham

Wind gusts may make golfing at Birmingham's Turkey Shoot a challenge, but rain shouldn't be an issue.

The National Weather Servicepredicts mostly cloudy skies with high temperatures near 56 degrees for the Birmingham Area today. Gusty winds between 15-23 mph are also expected and could make golfing in the city of Birmingham's 2nd Annual Turkey Shoot Golf Classic. interesting today.  Themperatures will fall to about 37 degrees tonight. 

The sun returns with a high of about 47 degrees for Sunday. Should be a good day for a little fun and treats at the Franklin Cider Mill before it closes for the season later this month. Or if you'd rather just be indoors, pick up a book, or two or three at the annual Baldwin Public Library used book sale.
