This workshop is designed to nurture an interest and develop a foundation in building and programming robots. Using age-appropriate materials such as WeDo Robotics, Power Functions, and LEGO Technic, students will build a different project each week. The Robot Garage is a 4,400 square foot converted warehouse located on North Eton Street in Birmingham's Rail District. The location is a place for LEGO and robotics enthusiasts to build and play and offers a full range of programs and activities, including classes, summer camps, workshops, mentor classes and more. The location offers a retail shop which has all types of products, including games, robots, robotic parts, LEGO building products, vintage LEGO items, collectibles and more.
