PUBLIC INVITED TO OUR LADY QUEEN OF MARTYRS SCHOOL OPEN HOUSE

BEVERLY HILLS,  The public is invited to the Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Open House on Sunday, January 13, 2013 from 11 am – 2 pm. The school is located at 32460 Pierce Rd., Beverly Hills, Michigan 48025.

The Pre-Kindergarten through eighth-grade school, located on nine acres in a neighborhood setting, boasts a low student to teacher ratio with a maximum of 25 students per classroom.

It is accredited by the Michigan Association of Non-public Schools and recommended as a School of Distinction.

In addition to required curriculum, classes include Spanish, computer, art, music, library and physical education. After school programs include Catholic Youth Organization and intramural athletics, Lego Robotics, Scouts, and a rich selection of after school classes ranging ski to drama clubs.

The previous 8^th grade High School Placement Test Scores included three perfect scores and 10 out of 28 students scored in the 90^th percentile.  No students scored in the low range.

Facilities include a state-of-the-art computer center and science lab, an art studio, gymnasium, and outdoor soccer field.

The school offers half day preschool for three-year-olds and four-year-olds, as well as a full or half day Kindergarten

Bussing is provided by the Birmingham School District for students who live in the Birmingham School District.
