Big Rock Chophouse has created a romantic dinner menu to celebrate Valentine’s Day on Thursday, February 14, 2013, Friday, February 15, 2013 and Saturday, February 16, 2013.
The special price fixed dinner menu will begin with a starter toast of Sparkling Rose. During the first course, guests will have the opportunity to select from three different appetizers including, Butternut Squash Soup with Toasted Hazelnut-Rum cream; Spinach Salad with Ligonberry Vinaigrette, Granola Clusters, Goat Cheese, and Roasted Grapes; or Poached Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail.
For the main course three entrees will be offered including Red Miso Glazed Salmon with Marinated Seaweed Salad, Wasabi Mashed Potato in a Ginger Sauce; Medallions of Beef with Challah Pain Perdu, Roast Pepper Watercress Salad and Chop Sauce; or Miller Farm Amish Chicken with Roasted Wild Mushroom and Boursin Risotto.
Dessert for two is the third course and will feature Raspberry Semi Fredo, Devils Food Cake, with Dark Chocolate Glaze. The restaurant’s award-winning dinner menu will also be available each night.
