City Hall, which is the home of most of Birmingham's city offices, sits on Martin Street between Henrietta and Pierce Streets, directly in the heart of historic downtown Birmingham.

Recently restored, the building is home to offices for the City Manager, City Clerk, Building Department, Engineering Department, Finance Department, Human Resources, City Assessor and the Police Department.

That is what the City of Birmingham gets for being mean to the homeless bassets! It wouldn't have been much of a parade without them, even if the weather was perfect. Asking them back after making it impossible for them to participate, and forcing them to make other plans was too little, too late. Despite the best efforts of Birmingham, the hounds walked in Orion and raised money for Michigan Basset Rescue.
