Build & Bot (ages 3-5) – This program walks young builders through different themed projects each week. Children work primarily with LEGO(R) and DUPLO® building materials and learn about the infinite possibilities that can come from these simple shapes and colors. Robotics will be touched upon in play-based activity. Activities nurture the development of both fine motor and social skills and integrate pre-school fundamentals such as counting, pattern, color, and shape. The Robot Garage is a 4,400 square foot converted warehouse located on North Eton Street in Birmingham's Rail District. The location is a place for LEGO and robotics enthusiasts to build and play and offers a full range of programs and activities, including classes, summer camps, workshops, mentor classes and more. The location offers a retail shop which has all types of products, including games, robots, robotic parts, LEGO building products, vintage LEGO items, collectibles and more.
