 rmingham's beautiful parks when the weather cooperates and indoors\, at 
 Fuzz Athletics\, when necessary.&nbsp\; Led by one of Fuzz Athletics' tr
 ainers\, you simply show up with your own kettlebell and swing. Why? Bec
 ause Fuzz wants to spread the love!\nWho is eligible? You must be 18 yea
 rs or older and demonstrate good basic kettlebell skills: the swing\, th
 e get-up\, and also\, a proper squat.&nbsp\; Anyone is welcome. Past and
  present clients\, trainers from other gyms\, and anyone interested in t

 n clubs or battle ropes\, sprint\, go through flexibility and mobility e
 xercises\, do basic bodyweight training\, and utilize advanced breathing
  techniques and Functional Movement System corrections.&nbsp\;\nWhy shou
