Raj Vutukuru, a senior at Athens High School, will give a presentation for any Michigan high school student who wants to learn about the Kiva program, which lets volunteers donate as little as $25 to help finance small businesses in developing countries. - Just Because book party

Why Go: Amber Housey, author of the new children's book Just Because invites readers all ages to join her in celebrating the book's launch at Goldfish Swim School. There won't be swimming but there will be temporary tattoos, face painting, refreshments, a book reading and signing and Tom Plunkard the magician will be bringing some special surprises.
