Torry Community, Our Shepherd to Host 5K Fun Walk Saturday
In conjunction with Our Shepherd's Oktoberfest celebration, the Torry Neighborhood Association on Birmingham's east side will host a 5K Saturday.
The 5K will begin and end at the Our Shepherd Lutheran Church in Birmingham.

- When: 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday
- Where: Begins at Our Shepherd Lutheran Church
- Cost: $10-$45
- Why Go: In conjunction with Our Shepherd Lutheran Church's Oktoberfest celebration, the church and Birmingham's Torry Neighborhood Association will be hosting a 5K fun walk this Saturday. The walk will wind throughout the surrounding neighborhoods, with all proceeds going toward the Community Food Bank and Our Shepherd Lutheran School's Financial Aid ASSIST Fund. Registration is $10-$15 for individuals and $30-$45 for families, depending on if you want a t-shirt.
