Police Catch Teen With Marijuana, Drunk Customer Arrested Outside Dick O'Dow's

Bloomfield Hills teen had two bottles of marijuana in car, police say
A 19-year-old from Bloomfield Hills was given a citation last weekend for marijuana posession.
According to police reports, the teen was pulled over on Woodward for driving without his headlights at around 7:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 4. After talking to the teen, the officer noticed a strong odor of marijuana and later found two bottles of marijuana in the vehicle, reports state. The teen was cited for possession of a controlled substance, given a $100 bond and released with a court date.
Gold bracelets, locket among items missing from Southfield Road home
Someone stole a number of gold jewelry items from a home on Southfield, one resident says. According to police reports, four handmade gold bracelets and one gold locket have gone missing from a home on the 600 block of Southfield sometime between Oct. 1 and Dec. 31. Police say a private contractor had been in the home during that time, but he has since denied taking the jewelry.
Man cited for disorderly conduct after refusing to leave Dick O'Dow's
Police officers arrested a drunk Dick O'Dow's customer last weekend, later citing him for disorderly conduct. According to police reports, the man was kicked out of the restaurant around 1 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 5 but he refused to leave. When officers arrived, the man was standing outside the bar, intoxicated, while yelling and cursing. After again refusing to leave, reports say he then advanced toward officers with clenched fists, at which point he was arrested. The man was held until sober on a $100 bond.
