On Friday, Deadline Detroit reported that Detroit-born 30 Rock actress Elaine Stritch would be moving from New York City to Birmingham, reportedly purchasing a $1.5 million condo near Booth Park.
In light of this news, we took a look at the five most expensive homes on the Birmingham market, finding condos and homes far more pricey than Stritch's budget.

Always enjoy this feature on Sundays. However, this week I think there is a mistake involving the picture associated with the condo at 327 N. Old Woodward. I suspect that the picture is actually of the condo on the south side of Willets over Mitchell's Sea Food.
