Third graders Janelle Hubert and Abbie Caza work diligently on creating their name signs from recycled magazines.

It was all about being green at Beverly Elementary School this week, which celebrated America Recycles Week (Nov. 12-16) by showing off their artistic side.

Beverly art teacher Tony Fink taught first through third grade students how to create art projects using recycled materials, including: spinning tops from recycled CDs, tree pictures from recycled magazines and buttons, and name signs from recycled magazines and wallpapar samples.
